I've noticed with a few of other players that procurement and retrieval missions are unavailable. They're listed as categories, but selecting them doesn't do anything. Looks like a bug or as an unpolished feature. ;)

Ah, the procurement and retrieval missions are looking for data on neighboring stations which I apparently broke. Will fix today.
