If, say, a UIT enters the Protaris' turret, they can shoot (and kill) me, a +1000 Serco. I can't shoot them.
If I /duel challenge them while they're in the turret, they can shoot (and kill) me, but I can't shoot them.
This bug was present when the Nemesis first came out, but it got reported and fixed fairly quickly IIRC. Now it's back?
