CtC Delivery
Someone mentioned this bug (well, I'm not sure if it's really a bug) a couple months ago but I can't seem to find the forum, so I'm starting a new one.
As a lot of people know I'm a Serco who has recently trashed my Serco standing. I tried CtC and when I tried to deliver to Itani I wasn't allowed to enter the station. I guess the main question here is, why can't I deliver cargo to Itani?

Do you have sufficient Itani standing to dock at their stations? Not everyone believes that that the enemy of your enemy is your friend.
His Itani standing doesn't matter if he's carrying Purified Xith, Itani ships carrying Purified Xith can only dock at Coranis Watch; Itani can never deliver purified Catequil Outpost, and likewise Serco can never deliver to Coranis Watch, regardless of their standing. Only UIT have access to both.
Personally, I prefer it this way, this is one of the few distinguishing features between the nations right now. What I'd rather see is a process Itani or Serco players can go through to "defect" to the other nation, which would completely change their citizenship, and after that they could deliver to their new nation's CtC station.

To answer FM yes I do have good Itani standing (+999, still trying to get PoS).
@Beolach: Provided the defection was a one way trip, no going back. Once a traitor, always a traitor. :)
Well, for "real" defections yes, there should be no going back, but I think there should be espionage missions, some of which might involve faking a defection. In those cases, "going back" should be possible. But once a player has faked a defection and returned to their original nation, they shouldn't be able to defect again, either for real or faking it. Unless of course they're playing a double agent - a character starts out Serco, works its way to the point it can take the Serco espionage mission & "fakes" a defection to the Itani. Then on the Itani side he could work his way to the point that the Itani espionage mission is available, so that he can return to Serco with Itani blessing. But the more the player does this, the more difficult it should be. They have to give enough information to both sides to keep up the illusion that "I'm on your team!", but they can't give away too much, either.
Also, there should be players involved in the process of defecting. So a double agent doesn't just have to trick a series of mission computers, but he'll also have to trick real players - which will be much more difficult, and interesting.

Did you read the backstory too?
Just start a blue character.
Doesn't take long to get up to snuff.
