Hello all. Signed up for the trial recently and had no problems playing right after I signed up. Played for 1.5 hours, then turned in for the night.

After that night last week, whenever I try to play the game, it freezes for about 30 secs after I put in my username and password, goes to connecting and just stays there. Nothing happens.

I'm on a 2.7GHz G5 with 4GB of RAM. Internet connection is ADSL. My internet connection is fine btw, I play other MMORPGs without any problems (except for lag). I've also tried it on my Powerbook G4, but with the same problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

This happens sometimes if your firewall blocks the game. Do you have some kind of a funky firewall setup?

Thanks for the reply roguelazer. I tried it with and without my firewall software on and got the same result. Took my Powerbook to a friend's and tried it there and it worked. Since I use a different ISP than him, I called mine up and they said that they are upgrading their system till the end of the month... would have been nice if they had let us know in advance... though I do find it interesting that some websites work while others do not...
