Wow, really!? That's impressive--much better service than that of staff members of most other MMORPG's. He truly deserves a commendation.

I just tested it, and VO works fine now--great work! Also, thanks very much for the extra week! I was getting worried about not having enough time to use the PayByCash service from Tokyo again, but with the extra week, the payment might just go through in time. I'm setting up another payment as soon as I have the time to spare (I'm preparing something for work at home right now).
