If you select the "No" button with your mouse (without clicking of cource) and press Enter, you'll get the last ship, but you'll also get the "Buy last ship" dialog again.
I had the multiple dialog on other occasions, but I can't remember when or why.
(This bug doesn't always *work*, but most of the time it does)
