ctishman: not at this time. When the lua code is exposed, you'll be able to do it.
Thanks Leber, it's a lot easier than haxxoring into t3rm1na1! :D
uh, Ray, I hate to burst your bubble, but the only two images I've rescaled also happen to be the only two images that turn out as green sqaures in Vendetta. Help? Please? I'm completely done with my serco skin except for that, and I'd really like to get this published ASAP.

[EDIT] I'm running 10.2.8 with OpenGL if it makes any difference...
[EDIT2] Miharu, I don't run Tiger, :C

so what two images did you rescale?
Corsshair Problem:
36 != 32
36 != 32

/me writes 36 and sceams in frustration (FIxed it with some help)

I rescaled the crosshairs, and multiplied the dimensions of the targeting reticle by 1.5 to make it the same size as the old one. Both of them appear as a semi-transparent green square of the original dimensions.
Oh, you have to keep the image dimensions powers of 2.
1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,etc...
Making it 1.5x larger would make it not a power of 2 and therefore it will fail to load.
I guess I should have said that.

why is the targeting reticle rotated by 90 degrees?
Heh, because it's a bug. Since the image is symmetric, we never noticed it before. I'll fix it for the next client update.
Thanks Ray!
All you need to do to get the folder into the VO package in OSX is copy it then, paste it in after you "show contents".
Thanks Ray, that fixed up that problem, but is there any way to keep stuff from shrinking back to the original dimensions?
And one more question. I changed the hud_distance_3000m.png to this: http://www.freewebs.com/calderzone/hud%5Fdistance%5F3000m.png , but now it never shows up when I get to 3000m... Any idea what's wrong?

Ahh, because it's red and the game tints it blue, removing all red.
You can't change the dimensions, yet.

Ok, well, all I can do is hope that you can change the tinting sooner or later. Thanks Ray.
Just curious to know if using a .svg format would work in later versions, not having it based on pixels?
No, we haven't had any plans to support .svg files. Interesting idea, though. I wonder how hard it would be to do that.
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but the powerbars are stretched vertically. i didn't notice this until I tried to make a bar with hexagons in the pattern, and they didn't look right :P
Quick question, Ray: I'm trying to make a sort of border around the center of the HUD which would incorporate the powerbars. Since we can't currently add more pieces to the HUD, is it possible to make part of the powerbar image not "part" of the powerbar (doesn't have the sliding scale effect for energy/speed applied to it)? I thought maybe adding a properly tweaked alpha channel might do what I want, but I guess that depends on whether the game cares about the alpha channel for the powerbar.
If this isn't possible until we can completely add new parts to the HUD and define their behavior, then I'll put my plans on hold.

Not possibibble ATM. Sorry Nerde.
Nope.
And I think it should be VerdeNerde ;)

Ray: not according to Spanish grammar rules. :)
