I need someone to take over the thread for me. I cant be online for at least another week probably due to a massive failure of my computer internet connection... the wireless hub got screwed up and now wont work, it's getting fixed but it'll be another week before I can get it up and running again, sorry. AKA and Horgrathi are in charge of the SDF for the remainder of my disconnection.

Another question, those two mean evil evil bots around the station in 9 (or was it 7?). how many of you were fighting those in bus'es ? ;)

they (the 'evil' bots) were around the station in s9 and i LOVED to fight them in a tuned bus (with heavy engine/battery and blue lasers :)) ;)

Glad I wasn't alone there.

I sorta miss those, because:
a) they weren't -too many- so you never got swarmed. Good thing when you're just getting "better"
b) Rather close to the station, so you wouldn't die unnecessary.
c) they were evil, but not completely overpowering. The step from those to the tri-squads with blue ion thingies that used to hang around in s17 back in yesteryear was ... big ;)

also, i should clear up what a vet is, well what im looking for: Skill, the most skill, able to kill many things on sight.

Im back! YAY! My computer got fixed.

The Henshaw wishes to be considered for Veteran status. He is the last of the Syndicate (read pirates) and has been playing for a couple of years now. If skill can translate into profits i always have a few 100K in the bank from my marauding.

Now here is where it gets interesting. Am I a vet? I've been around since 3.2.x and have played on and off, but I can't hit the broad side of a barn. On the other hand, I'm over 3 million right now. So meh. I consider myself a vet, but not an ace by any means.

Around since the time when there were were co-op, dm (and ctf?) sectors, and each wormhole had giant turquoise balls around them. God knows when that version was =)

fighting? erm, not brilliant

cash? yeah, been in the millions.

I'm somewhere in the top 15-20 in pks... and no that's not mostly bus kills... that count for anything? heh
