How do I sign up for this thing? I click on the new player tab and nothing happens, the page just kinda reloads.
I'm using IE and Firefox btw.

How do you build vehicles?
I already built a jeep factory and hired the 500 workers. Now what do I have to type to make them? "train", "hire", and "build" don't work.

every jeep factory can build 1 jeep per hk based on 0 favour

so wait until house keeping and you should have a jeep

the "info" command will tell you when the next housekeeping is, they are every 2 hours

check out the market "r m" to look for units for sale by the game

the "help" command ill also list commands that aren't covered by the manual

So I can only make 1 vehicle per hk?

edit: I did read the manual, but there are some things it doesnt mention :/

1 vehicle per factory, i for example have 15 tank factories right now.

Actually as it states on the forum (doomsday forum) it was down for upgrades as i prepared to launch 1.2.5 which I just did

fresh new round as I won the last one (w00t) so anyone playing will have to newplayer again have fun!

Its gone, everything's gone. I already had a massive army strong enough to take you on.

Military only gets you so far. Shuttles and missiles win/lose the game!

argh....I did all that reeesearch...

you never even expanded your nation...i assumed you werent actually playing.

if you expand your nation you can have all the topics researched in less than a week

you can have enough researched in 4 days to build all the good military units.

The essential point of the game is to become the first nation to escape doomsday which you do via shuttles and once that happens the earth gets killed by a roid and the game restarts

Currently an average game of doomsday is only around 20 days. However with more people it tends to last longer due to the presence of more missiles. So newplayer and start again and maybe you'll be the next to escape doomsday!

btw if you have spucks telnet plugin you can play inside VO with it connect to philtopia.com and enter your playername and password

Well I can't play it all the time, and I wasn't sure how to expand, low population etc. I didn't realize the game was so short :/ thats no fun.
