Is there a way to build some effing... what do you Earthlings call them? Baby factories? I tried "build baby" nothing happened... it said my engineers couldn't find a blueprint...

you need to adjust your strategy, attacking everyone will just....get you attacked by everyone
however this round was a bit of a testbed for a couple features which slightly unbalanced the game.
