Snax: You mean, the disclaimer would have to include 'Damage inferred to the device by improper handling due to inebriation is exempt from the warranty'?

Still, I'll probably buy this.

iPhone is very cool, but yes, definately wait at least six months before even considering it. Apple makes excellent products, but often they have a few problems at the beginning, most of which are very quietly fixed later. When whatever iBook generation it is after the "clamshell" toilet-seat-cover-looking monstrosities came out, the firewire had big problems, and they quietly fixed it without telling anyone. I predict the iPhone will relatively quickly get better and cheaper, just like iPod. Until then, I'll never consider owning one until first those things happen, and also, it's not just Cingular. I have nothing against Cingular (don't know anything about them), but I've got a T-Mobile contract right now, and have never had a complaint. I'm not switching any time soon. I am curious about that screen, though; how scratch resistant is it really?

Also, Stephen Colbert kicks ass. Now I can get basically 22 minutes of the "good bits" of The Daily Show without sitting through Jon Stewarts lameness and general lack of funniness. I always thought, "wouldn't it be great if there were no Jon Stewart in The Daly Show? Just Colbert and the others...." I never predicted Colbert would also make such a great host.
