I am a citizen of the U.S. of A. I am not an American (Irish/German mostly) though I married one. (Colombian Indian mostly)

And I have never engaged in boosterism... in fact some would call me distinctly un-patriotic. (I've always identified with Indian culture more than USian.) However... I am GLAD to be an "American" (currently the most powerful nation on earth), there are certain benefits.

I am also not anti-Canadian... I am anti-boosterism... (And as far as the facts of Canada's population, or military and economic might? They stand on their own.)

I therefore rescind nothing but humbly bow before the northern masters.
