I am pretty sure I am the only remotely active person left in BLAK, so I was wondering if it would be possible to demote 0 to council+lieutenant and promote [syn]n00b (me) to commander.

I was hoping to remove Luna Delacroix from her position as Lieutenant to member, the reason being she is currently inactive. Is it possible for you to do that? Or is there a game mechanic in place for doing this?
