The SAW slaughter of Itani? EHehe, where have ya been, Evhun?
Heh. The "new" Serco Attack Wing does slaugher your pathetic INM "forces", but I'm not too sure if I'm pleased.
hehe. about loyalties: I started out as a fanatic NT mouse n00b that kept getting blown up, even when I was in s6 :D. My favorite ship was (and still is) the maud.
when I was an NT n00b I got very lonely at times. so I created a serco character to fool around with and explore; I met Anansi, Tosh, UncleDave, SercoMonk#1, RelayeR, etc. and I started spending more time on serco
as far as characters go, I have (1) harvestmouse (2) evoli (3) a host of funny itani characters. I only have one NT and one Serco character probably because I feel more "identity" on those nations

Uncledave im now a Serco again, I switched back from Itani and now half the people who repected do now, It might be different for you because you have more friends but Im telling you its hard.
i think it is safe to say that leaving vendetta for long is not easy.
i myself found that i had more troubles outside the game than inside, and with things like today's cap, which was a great success by the NT, keeps my interest in the game. If i could get on IRC i would keep tabs of the itani capping actions all the time (that means i would get on when they capped, not to warn everyone they were capping). Things like that and the nation wars, and the old wars that SF (as Bank Vault or something like that) and Blaster put on was very entertaining to me. I hope that these kind of actions happen much more often. As it is that the Serco-Itani war is supposed to be a feirce 1, i have seen feirce battles but overall i have to say that from my time here i have seen a sad war indeed. Course, the winning side has changed several times while i have been on.
I have to ask: does the INM even train their members? Cause some of the INM members are pretty crappy, and i have to say that if the INM was so great why have some of the greater players not added an INM tag on a char? i did come to the conclusion that some of them might just not have any more room for the INM alias, but i know that is not true for a lot of these greater Itani players.

Some have different names under INM, since they do not wish to create conflicts due to their other names.
I only have 3 chars that I identify with. Sage, Freyr (who are twin brothers in fact), and Sir Frog. Frog is Itani, but he has no allegiance to the nation. Sage is a huge patriot. Freyr is more loyal to the Aesir guild than to the NT, but he is quite biased towards them. Sir Frog tries not to be biased, but when both his God-children (Sage and Freyr) are there, it can be hard for him to pick sides.
simple situation, make them fight and the winner is the side to take, seeing as how they are on the same nation, make them fight someone once after another and then see who is better!

RelayeR is one of the most non-hostile characters in the test and she's never wanted to kill someone as much as she's wanted to kill SAW pilots. Their indiscriminate slaughtering of innocents that could never win against one of them, let alone 2 or three has made her blood boil. Their anti-Itani rhetoric has made her want to /hideconsole to keep from breaking the chat filter! Other's that have joined SAW recently are not as bad but are still misguided and continue to widen the rift between two nations that could do great things together.
With the advent of factions, RelayeR looks forward to working with some of her Itani and NT sisters and brothers.

Dave will continue to be Dave and will always feel like an Uncle to me no matter what nation he is on.

Dave will continue to be Dave and will always feel like an Uncle to me no matter what nation he is on.

To be honest, I was greatly surprised by the support offered to me by my old wingmen. With only one notable exception, nobody has regarded me as a traitor.
And I'm kinda surprised that RelayeR and evoli are girls o_o
I guess that shows that I have the intuition of a brick.

For what the Itani did to us, we will see their warriors lined up and beheaded with their hands and feet tied, or forced out of an airlock without a suit, as they did to ours in years past.
For what the Itani did to us, we will see their homes and fields burned. We will see their children shot, as they did to ours in years past.
For what the Itani did to us, we will see their homeworlds smouldering before us. The verdant green hills of Itani Prime will become a volcanic wasteland, and they will cry to their heathen gods and ask why this destruction has been rained upon them, but they will know, and it is because they did this to our ships, our stations, our warriors and homes and fields children and worlds in years past. Our vengeance upon them shall be swift, merciless and complete."
And you know this for a fact? For YEARS the message has been to me that "Itani did something bad, this is all payback." Yet none of you, even the most high-ranking of generals, can remember EXACTLY what that is. Something vague about an "invasion". It has passed, and our nation is not becoming vastly more prosperous as a war machine. Be like RelayeR and me, think for yourself- propaganda will NEVER tell you all you need to hear. Lady Serco forgive me.

with the exceptions of flag capture battles, of course.
if i may, i'd like to add that as long as we can't enforce any laws, nations will be prone to fall victim to groups like the SM, the SAW, the INM, whatever you'd like to call it (i am deliberately naming only the most recent guilds that had any effect on the game/test community).
as soon as we can (make and enforce laws and such), and the Serco Dominions turn out to be a griefing nation, i will leave it and look for new shores.
concerning relayer being female: hm. guess i'm as intuitive as dave.

on the evoli thing: her NT char, which i thought was her main char, was harvestmouse, so i dint see that as a male name, but hey who am i to judge?
either way i cant kill either in a duel, though i cant remember the last time, if ever, i dueled RelayeR, oh thanx for killing me the other night too
me got treated much like dave did. when i "officially" joined NT the itani dint get mad or anything... joining Serco, for duels only i reilliterate, caused them to grief me, but thats just the itani-serco hatred. i will have players on both teams i call cool, but i will not hesitate in killing them in a duel, cap, or war! thats not a threat cause im just a pk!!!
