After many rumours of DS pirating and griefing, it is time to get to the root of the problem. The -SM- Guild has become a pit of despair like no other, therefore the DSG is suspending activities against Blacklisted individuals and will be at war with -SM-. Any pirates, miscreants, or similar individuals who help in this war will be granted clemency and will not be prosecuted for past actions. This clemency will not extend to future actions however.

It's anyone who helps - that includes money, griefing, etc.

In exchange for the sesation of hostilities against the SDF by the DSG the SDF will provide Fighter-class equipment (Pilots and ships) to the war effort. The SDF further more wishes others to note that the splintered remanants of the SM may impersonate SDF agents, please destroy these impostors on sight.

The VPAI will -not- take part in this war, and will concentrate on keeping the spaceways open.

In response to Roguelazer's post, I must make it clear that the SDF will not continue this push if it feels that it is opening the Serco Dominion to attack.

Believe me Pyroman. On Behalf of the DSG we in no way will attempt to open up the Serco Dominian to attack as long as this war goes on. As soon as this war is over, we go right back to normal. (normal doesn't mean we will kill sercos, normal as in we will continue to attack griefers, pirates, etc)

So in other words, we will do all we can in this war against the SM.

I do not mean that the DSG would open the Serco borders but that because the SDF is away fighting in the far reaches that it is possible that caps may become easier for the enemies of teh Serco Dominion. Should caps against the SD increase I will be forced to divert SDF resources to the defense of the SD Territory or possibly pull all resources back to the SDT to make a stand better. I hopefully wont have to divert anything but should I must I will try to divert only what is nessicary so that some SDF craft can continue to push the offensive against the SMs.

Okay I'm finally going to say something about this... Neither myself or my teammates have pirated anyone and the only griefing has been that which was brought upon us first. The SM only has 6 members, 5 of which have played less than a few weeks. I brought them into the game because I thought that it was fun but you guys have made this game almost unplayable. Even when we were SDF it was you same clowns running your mouthes about us when we were on your team. I don't know what anyones problem is with us but we've done nothing, red treated us like crap so we left. It's all good while you sit and talk about how much you love this game and want it to stay alive I've witnessed more new players getting griefed by you and not signing back on I can't even count them all... There's a reason there is 3000 accounts and 300 people who actually play and you are it. I'm getting very sick of the 4 and 5 and 6 on 1 that you are constantly pulling on us.. If we must we will just go underground for a while until a new flock of players comes. This is a sad excuse for a war indeed..

And I must say this. This "poor excuse of a war" is being brought to bear because of your continued use of your mouth as a weapon instead of the digital guns on your craft. Somewhere along the line you lost sight of the fact that this is nothing more than a game and you became, for lack of a better word, a jerk. You cuss at people, you "yell" at people and you greif people. And that doesnt even raise the Piracy concerns or the way you have access to Serco TEam Chat despite being NT.

You brought this war about yourself and I will see it stopped only after the SMs have acknoledged their faults and have started trying to correct them rather than blame the other players. And dont speak of piracy to us as you engage in that action constantly and practice Black Tactics of ramming and spamming.

I'd just like to point out to those of you who think they can hide from guides, i'm fairly sure their chat goes a bit like this:

Or something like that, so if a guide really wanted to catch you, they could do it easily.

Umm I'm fairly sure I've never hid from a guide... Not even when everyone goes "Watch old Vlad is on!!" I really do not care guys...
