Look, I'm sorry you don't find much agreement here, except maybe by the guy from ONE there. But as Harpo put it: It's a non-issue. The hypothetical business you outline up there isn't even happening. Blaqk is simply offering an alternative way of getting a subscription. People get a choice this way if they'd like to work for some credits and save their real money and have Blaqk pay for it. Or they can use their own cash. GS ends up with the money EITHERWAY. This is a common thing in other subscription games, as mentioned by the Specter dude. It is NOT a problem...

You'd have a point if anyone gave a HOOT about the k/d and if it had some meaning. Look, you cannot even SEE the k/d of other people unless you stumble upon them in space and target them and hit k. And there isn't even a k/d for PvP. To calculate that for anyone, you'd literally have to do the math. The k/d we have right now is calculated by all kills/all deaths. It's irrelevant.
There is no ranking for a k/d or a prize for the player with the highest k/d. Nobody gives a shit about the k/d. Your point is moot.
(Besides, with the k/d we have right now, somebody could just NOT spend 150 bucks to get the best k/d and instead shoot down 10,000 Orun Collectors. For free... And he'd have the best k/d. Grats!!!)

Outside of the spending irl money for credits being something that shouldn't be allowed, it's also a stupid and lazy to way to play the game.

Let's just say I will have lots of characters with tridents & goliaths, all my characters will be able to buy UC cells from stations, I will have endless supply of hive posis and gats, IHDPC cells, TU mines, avalons (you name it I I'll have it) on all characters and I will have all badges imaginable in VO just for bragging rights since all game achievements will be rendered worthless anyway.

I will also have a virtual army of paid minions that will do my bidding at the wave of my finger.
In fact I will own VO.
It will become boring shortly so I'll probably go looking for another morally corrupt game which I can destroy by doing exactly the same Blaqk is doing in VO now.

OH yeah, and I will do all that without lifting a finger in game and only swiping my credit card a few times.
GS will get the money so it will be fine.

Let me elaborate what you wrote here step by step so you could understand it.

1. you do not purchase VO gift keys in advance

2. you advertise selling gift keys to players in exchange for 100 to 980 million credits or equal value of trident parts (one month to one year worth gift key)

3. when player accepts your offer and delivers you either credits or trident parts of equal value - you go to GS payment page, purchase a gift key

4. you send a gift key code to the player who already paid you with credits or equal value of trident parts

5. you just bought in game credits or equal value of trident parts with RL money

6. the other party sold in-game credits or equal value of trident parts to you in exchange for RL money (gift key)

Blaqk helps people by selling them subs for game credits but if that is legal then why vendetta online items buying for real cash is against Eula/Game rules ?
