Considering the amount of effort that goes into grinding 90 million credits and doing so as a F2P player is a monumental task, it's unlikely there will be any takers. Some of us in the west take for granted the buying power of our currency versus that on the subcontinent and other developing countries.

Selling in-game items or accounts for real money is against the rules. Selling things you buy with real money for in-game currency is not.

According to Yoda we must engage in money laundering. Noted.

Well why would the devs complain if you are buying gift keys and selling them? They get the money for that afterall. If you are selling your account or trident on ebay, that is a different story.

Gift: something voluntarily transferred from one person to another without compensation.

[Edit] I myself have considered buying gift keys for F2P players in exchange for SSS. 100-250 units being a reasonable return in my mind. My game is enhanced and somebody gets the full VO experience in exchange for several hours worth of farming. But 90 million credits? Exploitation, I'd say.
