I want to take more effort into training noobs and making them feel at home
I want to see the INM grow and evolve into something that might survive 3months
I want to just become an over-all better pilot

These are my current plans for the reset:
After much thinking, I have decided to go back to pirating when the reset comes.
If there is no room for me, however, I will turn to pirate-hunting to make some.
As Arolte, I will act more "mysterious", and live up to The Story (.. of Archon).
Converstations will be held in private.
Honor will, of course, remain a keyword in my way of living, even though
I may employ guerilla tactics (as this will be neccesary now that the DSG have grown greater, bigger and more powerful than ever before).
I play by the principes of role-playing, and I hope that the other members in the Defense Ship Guild does as well, as I hope to remain a member (and the leader of Squadron 2) even though I will pirate in my main character (no, I do not mind being blacklisted as Archon).

The Serco Monk will attempt to reach nirvana.
I'll have 4 different characters, each with a different personality. I won't tell who they are here, but you will all probably figure it out anyway. Yet again I plan on using a predicatable naming convention, they won't be from Chrono Trigger though.
One will be a cowboy. A live-fast, die-young type of guy who just enjoys flying through space as fast as possible. His big mouth often gets him in trouble though, but his sense of honor is second to none.
One will be a the same as three, only in a different nation. He isn't a spy, just his personal bodyguard who, strangely enough, will only be found when the person he is supposed to protect is gone.
The other, my primary char, will be a businessman, philantropist, and entrepeneur. An urbane individual who prefers to avoid fights which he considers unneccesary, but will still "throw down" when the time comes. He will ever be the first to answer his nation's call for duty, but will always be looking for a new money making endeavor. Yet, he will refuse to conduct any unscrupulous actions such as piracy or theft.
The fourth and final one is an Aesir, the twin-brother of the third character, he is a loyal member of the Aesir League and spends his time patrolling the tradeways and relaying information to Aesir command.
Aside form an increased emphasis on roleplaying, I intend to not fight as often as I do now, and generally avoid unneccesary conflict unless there is an RP motive to get involved. So for char 3: money or national service, char 2: protecting 3's interests, char 1: Honor, char 4: The Aesir needs him to.

I pledge to strive my best in spreading discord and choas through any means. *places hand over heart* I will try to not only frusterate my enemy, but to make him cry like a little girl.
