Half done. Unfortunately the Guild interface requires that the image is hosted somewhere. Dropbox won't do.

Edit: I worked it out after some digging around in the page's elements. I just couldn't accept that there was no way to link an image that was displayed. The link is:

Unfortunately I don't think your solution for SKV header image worked. It's still not showing on SKV Guild page.

Not sure what is the problem with dropbox, I have several online forums displaying images I link from my public dropbox folder.

The image on the guild page shows up perfectly when I look, whereas your new link gives a 403.

The guild members are free to elect an new CO or to leave the guild.

I'm assuming you are posting to let me know you are handing over the reins to lieutenants or council members. Actually it looks like the council is pretty inactive.
