The counter to this is patience.

You can't counter not being able to outrun a gank by being patient. This is the issue that I was trying to talk about here.

SCPs can be countered with sane pilots in any light fighter so I'm not too worried about.

Hopefully the thread in Suggestions will resolve all of our concerns here.
