I try to change it every time I log on. But when you attack someone from the opposing team without asking for a fight first, there's definitely a sense of, "Hey, what did I do to you?" which really frustrates me. We're on opposite teams, we should be KOS without any need for explanations.

The CtC score is important for the nationalistic minded, as it shows that there are plenty of Itani that are active, thus counter-arguing Ritter's dumbass comments. That was why the argument came about. Nobody in their right minds care about something as mindnumbingly lame as CtC. Which is why I like doing it!

Lecter, your uninformed ramblings are almost comic. There are plenty of serco and itani who play with CtC (by my count its at least a few dozen). Just because it isn't shiny enough to hold your attention doesn't mean it isn't worthwhile.

But seriously, Lecter has a point. If anything CtC causes less fights between Serco and Itani. Once someone grabs some Xith, they run like a bat out of hell. I've tried combat in CtC, but it's too much of a pain trying to run people down to win some glorious neut blasters..

Maybe if CtC was removed, both sides would blockade each other's worm holes, which would allow for more combat. We've blockaded Edras a few times, and most of the time at least a couple of Itani show up. But I have NEVER seen Itani try to blockade Initros or Helios since I've been playing. There has been an Itani blockade before right?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: spreading the Deneb conflict out over multiple, ever-shifting sectors was the worst thing that ever happened for serious Serco:Itani PvP conflict. Back when it was just C-10, you could reliably find several of your enemy in a single place, and work against their finishing their mission. Now there's half a dozen random things bouncing around the system, and finding people to kill is much harder.

The new missions are improvements, but moving them about is not. Just put them all in one sector, running in series: small skirmish, medium followup engagement, huge battle, rinse and repeat.

As for blockades, [SKV] ran a great one several years ago. But basically, unless you're pirating for its own sake, there's no reason to "blockade" anyone's WH.

All I've seen from Ritter so far is running when it was 3v1 odds in his favour. You know what Ritter? Before you try and claim that anyone else is pathetic, perhaps you should consider your own hypocrasy.

Lecter's dead right about PvP needing to be more focused in specific areas. C10 was awesome because it gave players a reason to come to the same sector and fight it out. Otherwise, it's just too hard to find someone who actually wants a fight. But for this to happen we need a reason to be somewhere... which loosely translates into "content".
