We had a Serco member. Due to the aggression though, he was afraid he'd be cut off from home. BDC indirectly stripped him from us. I think his name was Burwell or something..

I am seeking the approval of the Dominion now, to become a diplomat of sorts. Someone for people such as CDC or TGFT, perhaps even ITAN to come to in the future, if they need to speak to the Serco collective. If all goes well, I'll be speaking to a CDC representative soon, to try and resolve this without more.. upheaval.

I am most offened by the fact that no one beleived i didnt know he was a real UIT player. I hate to bring it up but no offense to the guild im in (BDC), but Ippo clearly said i had the right to attack any UIT.
But wher ei vaped surb was i guess a wormhole from sedina. Surb was in a moth and i was in a hog, i opened fire on him because i thought he shot me out of mistaking me for a pirate i guess. Im not saying this for some lame excuse but when i vaped surb, it was a compplete and total accident.

I will only say this once to you of the CDC it is now and never will be that your opinion is warrented or ask for i and my LTs will expell or recurit any one i or we see fit to and dont care about your whinning little guild and eric you need to put a muzzle on that mutt of yours. I'll post a real response to all this once I've had some sleep and time to digest it all. Here's a few points to set things straight, though.
1) The Deneb Run was started by (the original) BLAK.
2) After running the first 9 races, BLAK asked TGFT to take over, which we happily did.
3) Shortly thereafter, EnB signed on as a co-sponsor.
4) Over the history of the race, a number of fine folks in CDC and SSC have been very helpful with hosting the race and other duties when I'm not available or overloaded, and I'm thankful to them.
5) It's just a race. The rules are the same for everyone. There is nothing about the race that is for or against any nation.

It is advised that all UIT parties are to continue to maintain the apperance of nuetrality in reguards to the Serco/Itani conflict for as long as all parties involved continue to purchase capital ships from the UIT. Any action or activity that threatens UIT's continued sales of capital ships could be considered as subversive.

To the leadership of the BDC:
Recently, one of your pilots willfully fired on both the participants and host of The Deneb Run, an event sponsored by TGFT and EnB. Those fired on included members of CDC, who were present as both race host and competitors, as well as members of the PA and TGFT, and the group included citizens of all three nations. This same BDC pilot then attempted to justify his cowardly attack by publishing the outrageous claim that The Deneb Run is somehow an "Itani surviellance [sic] activity". He then goes on to make outrageous claim #2, stating that it is "highly probable that CDC is an Itani front organization". Finally, a different BDC pilot was recently using UIT transports for cargo practice and ended up shooting down the same member of TGFT that was attacked by BDC during The Deneb Run.
I'd like to make a few things perfectly clear.
1) While there is a tradition of racers in The Deneb Run being shot at AFTER the start of the race, it is outrageous to fire upon this group while they are assembled in close proximity for the start of the race. Further, the host should never be considered an acceptable target.
[OOC: The Deneb Run is an event run by the players for the players. Show some f*cking respect.]
2) TGFT and EnB put millions of credits into the race every week, and we don't take kindly to those who try to disrupt it. CDC and SSC have been very helpful in running the race and assisting in other ways for a long time now, and they have earned our trust, respect, and appreciation.
3) After a verbal disagreement with one guild, your pilot attacked members of three different guilds, and citizens of all three nations. Do you really want all these guilds and nations hostile to BDC?
4) I expect a public apology and retraction of BDC's libelous claims that The Deneb Run is biased for or against any nation. In fact, a long-standing rule in the race forbids the use of the very fast Valkyrie class of ships specifically to avoid putting those pilots without access to such ships at a disadvantage. The Deneb Run exists solely to benefit those who participate and to provide positive recognition to those who make it happen, and I will not allow it to be dragged through the mud.
5) None of the guilds involved in running The Deneb Run are aligned with either the Itani or Serco. If there is some real justification behind these attacks and slander, then let's hear it. The excuse that "this was a ploy to get more info on that matter" is laughable at best. It justifies vapor with vapor.
6) I understand that BDC has apologized for their recent attack on a TGFT trade ship. Therefore, I'll let it go this time. However, the very idea that BDC believes it is acceptable behavior to regularly target UIT trade ships in gray space indicates that BDC is fundamentally a pirate organization. If BDC wishes to be treated as a respectable national military force, then it needs to start acting like one.
