Yep, Anansi is "The Spider" , son of Nyame (god of the sky) and the fertility goddess "Asase Ya". He's a trixter, But also belevolent in that he created sun, moon and stars, as well as instituted day and night. There are countless stories about him, however I've only few.

While he is there, he often practices the arts of sailing, sword and knife fighting, and archery. He normally dresses in traditional viking warrior garb and carries a sword, shield, bow, and spear, however, because of weapons restrictions on certain stations, he has mastered knife fighting and throwing and often carries several blades with him. You can usually see him booting around in his Rag or his Valk. Oh, as for hobbies he likes to carve runes, make chainmail and assorted blades, and listen to rock. P.S.S. that whole thing about making stuff like chainmail, blades, and runes is true as well, so if you would like one just send me an e-mail, it will be slightly expensive, since I have to buy the materials, but I take as small a profit as possible, And trust me, I promise that you won't find a better deal, since I do this kinda thing for fun, I really don't care about cash flow at this point. So far I have made two spears, and throwing knife (which I use constantly), and I am currently finishing up a set of chainmail gloves.

In the year 4414, Orion’s explorers made a risked a perilous journey to the remote ice belts of sector 8, where the mighty Serconian pirate clan Corvus launched an ambush that razed Orion’s main fleet. Corvus’s assault left few survivors, and the ships of Orion were forever scattered asunder.
While most Serconian pirates believed that taking live prisoners would be humiliating and unmerciful to the adult pilots of a targeted fleet, Corvus’s pirates combed through every wreckage, salvaging the escape pods of young, impressionable pilots that may be trained to serve the cause of Corvus. Because of this practice, the Corvus Guild grew far faster and more powerful than any competing pirate clan could even strive to imagine. When Evoli’s pod was taken to the underground base of Corvus Prime, she had just turned 7.
The salvaged young pilots of Orion were shy to talk about their old company or even their NT homesectors; at first, the destruction of their motherfleet was too painful to let one’s mind to rest upon. Ten-year-old Evoli could not remember a time when she was not in Corvus Prime. Once, while flying through fluorescent hollow roid, Evoli caught a glimpse of what seemed to be a blacklight ID tattoo: “Orion” on her left shoulder, but she could not recall what Orion was like.
At Corvus Prime, Evoli was noted for her creativity and skill with new materials and engines, and soon became a member of Corvus Prime Security, the branch of government that made Corvus Guild Base impenetrable to the Itani and NT governments. I always thought you to be a very severe-looking cyborg with wires coming out of your head and a square jaw. I made a doodle once and decided it was either you or Arolte. I forget which of my notebooks it was in, though.
