i am at work now, and also i think i need to renew my license, so someone please post the news here until the "news" page is updated.
i don't mind if it's subjective personal observation, just give me something ;)

The new ship has 120 cargo space. Two large ports, you need tradel level 8 and mining level 4. It looks like a giant shoe as a1k0n told me last night on irc.

Returning to the topic at hand, no cap ship in the update (unless you count me flying it around and looking silly). However, we're optimistic for putting it into production later this week. It just wasn't up to snuff and needed more testing, and I think it will be much better for it.

Yeah. We made the final decision to hold it back when it decided it was damaged and should dock to a station (which was half its size) to repair. That uhhhh, didn't work.

I like Demonen's idea of a request for repair. Simple, don't need to do anything new to stations. Until you come up with Ship Yards =)

Even though this isn't the suggestion forums.... LOL

I will still say that is a cool idea... But a guild could always be established for this purpose.

hehe, already is one, but its very hard to keep people interested in it. It doesn't have much reward to it.

Once the Cap Ship comes out, and especially when we get player controlled Cap Ships, the Medics guild will have more to do. The problem I've seen is that it's really tough to use the repair module in the midst of a combat situation, and if I'm going to disengage from combat to repair, I may as well head to dock to repair.

Actually, now that I think about it, with Moths flying around, the repair module might be more useful... have a convoy of two Moths with repair modules, keeping each other repaired as they traverse Grey Space. :-)

Repair gun would be more useful if it didn't require ammo, though. I've never understood why it did. Oh well. Some things are not meant for mortal minds to understand. :)

just need to have the AI on the capship automatically send the message when it got damaged enough.

Does the capship have a self-repair as well? seems like a ship that big would have repair systems/drones inside it...
