do we have luck? just wondering if i should stay up all night tonight or just go to bed and look forward to the next few days

will probably be tomorrow. It's never on a monday, always a tuesday.

It really depends on where you live and how you define "Monday"/"Tuesday"/"End of Month". Releases are usually late in the night on "Monday"... which usually ends up being early morning on "Tuesday" here on the US East Coast. If you live in Hawaii, it's probably still "Monday" evening.

Which means that, if there is a cap ship update soon (which seems unlikely at this point), it will be late tonight or early tomorrow morning... that could be before the end of February or not. Depends on where you live, and how lax you are in defining the "end" of a day.

(A very long winded answer to a simple question, wow.)

I have a feeling that the update will be 2.0 and since it's a new number they are planning on making it some big huge thing that will make us all go "Ohhh so that's why it took so long". Please let me be right!

I was not implying the question was invalid. I added the link so that macguy could read for himself what was planned, rather than anticipating something entirely different and being disappointed.

We'll probably have to wait until they wake up towmorrow before we can expect a News/In Progress report.

Bah! Damn, I really wanted an update tonight :(. Oh well, I guess it'll be worth the wait.

we may get an UPDATE tonight, you never know... news/in progress tends to be forgotten/put off when they are doing last minute update stuff.
