I totally agree, it's a great game with a great dev team and a great community. apart from that Yoda-guy. I really don't like him.

Wiki is a Hawaiian word, meaning fast. It's a certain method used for collaborative web site creation. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki
To quote Big & Rich, "What?! What?!" ;o)
I love the sound of the open design doc's and the wiki. Call me a Linux freak, but it gives me some pride to be able to get involved and see what all's going on, rather than just waiting for whatever comes along, nearly blind.
And Bobsin's right... it does feel a bit like an investing. We know the Dev team has an awesome attitude, and an incredible relationship between both each other and the players. (Heck, y'all listen to us... at least part of the time ;op ).
It's inspired me quite a bit. I'm starting to move out of my space combat gaming phase, back into WW2 naval & flight sim's, but I know that craving for VO is going to come back... and I'm more than happy to continue shelling out the monthly charge to make sure VO's around when I get that craving back. World of Warcraft couldn't do that, FFXI couldn't do it, nor any other MMOG out there. VO, it's Dev team, and it's playerbase are all awesome ;o)

NICE
Devs: You guys are the best. I can't wait to follow your work via the Wiki. Not only will this be an interesting experience for the VO community, but you may also provide a unique experience for aspiring game developers. Awesome!
