I would gladly pay 5-10$ per month for this "test" to stay alive. Also, as soon as I get my paypal account up and running I intend to donate 30$ to Guild for all the good times I've had so far.
Id Pay $5 a month for this game.
Its (by far) the best "space/flight" game Ive ever played...
Might I suggest putting ads on the site, and maybe replacing the Waylonics Adverts with real adverts?

...And you have my axe...
err, I'd pay too
If you do start getting monthly tithes from us, that would be one hell of a way to get noticed by publishers...

Certainly, i would pay if i could, but i dont have any extra money, and im still waiting for my credit card. I would pay if i could. This game deserves to be more popular and many peole agree with me when i say this.
I already donated what I had left from my last job and having purchased the PowerBook. Now I'm broke. Maybe after my tax return I'll be able to donate again if Vendetta is still alive. Put me down on the list, even though I can't afford it right now.
EDIT: You know, I just noticed that if all the people on the list were to donate $20 right now Guild Software would earn at least an instant $1,200. That would be enough for a couple of months, I think.

If all these people are prepared to pay to play, then what is the hold up. Vendetta is by far the most professional and cleanest looking game of its type. hopefully a decision to keep it going can be made soon....and like many others, i will be happy to subscribe TODAY or any other!!!!
whohoo 60 ppl @ 10 dollars each = $600 bucks
IT ISNT F*****G GOOD ENOUGH
WE NEED MORE!!!

Someone should make it legal for ppl <18 to have credit cards. Until then, I'm stuck with a fishing pole trynig to get my Mum's out of her pocketbook.
It is rogue... I got one. If you really want one convince your parents to sign you up with them being a secondary for the account. Only problem is if you don't pay your bills you not only mess up your credit, but your parents as well
I'm willing to pay. I LOVE this game.
But I really would prefer a way to pay without using a credit card.

Xfer money into a paypal account. As long as you have a checking account, you can use paypal.
I would pay 3-5 dollars a month.

My point exactly.

Im the same as Tilt...if Guild only charged a few bucks a month I'd gladly send in the dough. Vendetta is definetly the best online game Ive ever played and is up there with Total Games I've played...

Yeah roguelazer, I suppose that's one of the bummers about pay to play games if you don't have a job. Maybe you could have part of your allowance rerouted directly to Guild.
Hehe. Hey, I do have a suggestion. Slashdot is, for obvious reasons, a rather bad idea. However, some creative mirroring of GS's announcement to gaming websites (from Happy Penguin to Gamespy) could yield some ideas and/or capital... Maybe?
Have you hit these guys up? http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com/

And don't forget Igames. http://www.igames.com/ They published Savage, a multi-platform game from a first-time game development house.

I would NEVER pay for this game, not as it stands now, i can afford every penny but wouldn't waste it. Not of a high enough quality to warrent more than $1 a month.
