I'd love to help supporting the kickstarter but as I don't live in the US I can't get an Amazon account, any chance of an alternative way to donate/transfer money to the project?

I'm assuming it's not possible for you to simply lie to Amazon about your location? I suppose even if that worked, there might be issues getting any physical rewards (posters, etc.) shipped to the correct location if Amazon doesn't like your nation.

Perhaps the devs can arrange for you to pay them via paypal or whatever, and then they can use a personal kickstarter account to put that money into the kickstarter fund for you, and see that you receive the rewards.
