Well, on the upside, the HAC can dock with it now.
The asset is clearly still not completed. Also, I've been very sick all week, since I returned from CTIA last Friday, which has delayed some things.

Also, can we puhleesee omit the fog? When the time comes, flying a HAC around 20,000 or so meters of space to find the right dock will get redundant and boring.

If it was scaled to be able to receive a HAC what does that mean for Constellations?
It'll be fine for constellations. It was scaled with room to spare, for the idea of another, larger class of capship.
In case we need to dock a levi.
I say Levis should be made capturable when the normal cappies are made capturable. Not sure if we should worry about docking them though, since they're created by hive bots out in the middle of a funky roid field. I say if a Levi goes too long without a player inside, the hive should reassert their control over it. Even if there are players in it, it should require an increasing number of players inside to maintain control over time - if you go to long without enough people, it starts to randomly ignore player controls, eventually reaching the point where it completely ignores the player, after which point it ejects them. That way we don't wind up with any guild hogging all the Levis or anything.

Cargo ships that are freighters, not adapted fighters and bombers. Container ships. Mining rigs... Slow long ships... Rich players and trade guilds making trade and mining operations with connies and other new ships.
And Flagship escalation, Serco builds a bigger model, Itani creates another bigger than any Serco's, forcing Serco to project another...And epic missions / battles to destroy such flagships while they are unique... and keep the largest ship of each fleet unique! When you see Itani or Serco Flagship you know the Admiral of the Fleet is living in there, and is a ship like no other...
We already have light frigates (Tridents), frigates (Teradons) and cruisers (HAC). We still need destroyers, battlecruisers and battleships... :)
Anyway, I am really enjoying the direction that VO is heading! Grats, GS!

Maybe you could get around, after 6+ years, to finally making any or all of the cap ships we already have player controllable first. Just a thought.

Lecter: I am focused on that first and foremost. But if I need to scale a station and not touch the assets for awhile, I might as well scale it based on future plans.

For how many years has been the coming capships announced and nothing ?
I mean what is the reason for that ? Did you have to rewrite entire engine just to make it possible ? (I am a programmer, i understand these things).

Besides the usual 'things take much longer than people are used to with this many developers', they've had several setbacks, delays, and necessary priority changes. Most of which you can read about from past posts.
