PvP Guild vs Guild for sure. Some of the best times i've had in this game have been Itan vs ONE furballs. :)

PvAll and piracy included in PvP Alone. Small groups, as I understand, are Guilds in VO. IRC chatting preference added. :D

PvP Guild... when guilds actually had more than 2-3 people on and fighting at a time.
