Inc claims that half the vets use mouselook, half use joysticks. I don't think so!
I don't use mouselook or a joystick. Eldrad doesn't use either, either. Let the chime-inning begin!

But Whistler, do you use mouse LOOK?
Shadoen I think Eldrad and Shape can speak better. As Bojan said. And I knew Shape had a mouse, just wasn't sure enough about Mouselook

Used trackball with mouselook until beginning of last summer. Ever since, trackball without mouselook.

Cause the mouse look algorithm is horrible. It over shoots where you're trying to aim, makes your response time to changes slow and generally makes you worse at pointing the direction you're intending to.
Mouse, not mouse look.
Mouse, not mouse look.

Mouse, mouselook on.
The overcompensation of the "whipping" effect in mouselook is a minor setback with controlling the ship but it allows for maximum turning speed as possible and can provide an advantage.
If you're good with reactions, timing, and sight line up, you can whip the ship around and fire off a "pot shot" as soon as the target reticle lights up and have a 50% chance of hitting the target. This is most noticeable in PvE in a Warthog against Assaults or Guardians.
