I use mouselook :P

although for a time when the IBG was so awesome and light i turned mouselook off to spin it faster. (mouselook has a slower spin speed)

That said, I was forced to switch to mouse when I realized my new laptop couldn't register more than 2 simultaneous keypresses. :-( But back in the day when I actually had some skill, I was using keyboard only.

I use a mouse and find mouselook to be very irritating to use.. Only ever turn it on in Capship turrets and when I want to get a better look at someone chasing me.

I use both. I find mouselook to be more valuable while in a larger ship, so you can look around to see where your opponents are.

In fact, I use my joystick along with mouselook and it seems to be OK. The mouse controls where the nose points, and the stick controls the rolling strafing, and speed.

But, in a light ship I think mouselook OFF might be best, that way you get used to the capabilities of your ship, and how fast you can turn.

Keyboard and mouse, with mainly mouse-look, but sometimes with it turned off.
