I'd still be concerned. The way it is worded, in lieu of a firstborn, Guild Software may take "portions of thine body, that which may be used to create the aforementioned firstborn". And it's your own fault, because it clearly states in section 37B of the EULA:

"I, the undersigned, shall forfeit all rights, privileges, and licenses herein and herein contained," et cetera, et cetera..."Fax mentis incendium gloria cultum," et cetera, et cetera..."Memo bis punitor delicatum!"

On the plus side, you'll have excellent choir voices afterwards.
