...couldn't he just run it through ghostscript to "PDF-ify" it? I don't really see the trick...

I have a print-to-PDF plugin, as well. But, I'm not a print media guy, and Leber is, so he would be better at tweaking things for that usage. Anyway, we'll see.. I have to finish the thing first, and right now some mission debugging and other issues take priority.
