I can still change the /ignore to be per-character, but you cannot (and will not for a long while) automatically /ignore all characters of a given player.

No matter what I do with "Hail" in the new client, nothing sticks.
I've typed it into the "controls" screen, written it into wgaf as an alias and entered it via chat.
Every time I log in, the bind (0-zero) is gone.
Every time I set the "Hail Targeted Player" in controls to 0 (zero), I get an echo "bind: no such command 'hail'.
