Looks like there's two docking bays on the bottom - one in the front, one in the back. Or I could just be seeing things.

Based on that reasoning there should be only one ship design: a needle. It's tactically great, but booooorrring.

i am very upset that the programmers are wasting time on silly things like the user interface. you say the cap ship is 'too hard to fly'.
simply add a vew irc style commands, such as '/distance front target' and it will be as easy as pie. '/msg ship thruster 5 level increase 15 percent'. '/turn left 90 degrees' or or '/tlf9d' for those of us with brains. you can make it like perl or something. or like assembler, so that retarded lusers cannot figure it out.
i dont want vendetta dumbed down to be some windows click'n'drool garbage. give me a command line interface.
in fact, do away with the graphics altogether. graphics are for losers. vendetta should only use stdin and stdout. think of the portability gains this will get you. and increased market share. imagine a beowulf cluster.
this will have the triple benefit. since only 'smart, intelligent people' will be able to figure out how to play, the level of dicourse on 100 will skyrocket to shakespearean levels. furthermore, 'smart, intelligent people' do not use exploits. also it will eliminate ganking, as 'smart, intelligent people' people do not 'gank'.
all this from switching to textmode! please implement this posthaste.

I'm struggling to understand what the troll is for. Was anyone suggesting there shouldn't be nice-looking stuff? Oh well.
I have to say the posting of this image is pure marketing genius in terms of getting the current fanbase to keep up their subscriptions. I instantly downloaded it, put it on my desktop, and commenced spending my time (a) daydreaming about flying one around and (b) trying to figure out how to fit more VO time into my schedule (gotta raise that TPG standing!).
