If you have a situation where you believe a player is in violation of the rules and you cannot work it out with that player, the way to "test the rules" is to build a good case and e-mail a complaint to Guild. This just looks like a bunch of chest beating, grandstanding, and testosterone.

On Topic and Bottom Line: The new Rules of Conduct language is under review. It was added to protect Guild from possible litigation. It does not represent a significant change in the direction of VO. Nobody will be permanently banned without significant warning and a review from Incarnate.
If you have a suggestion for clarifying the language that has not been discussed previously, please feel free to open a new post. Please do NOT open a new post for the purpose of flaming or complaining about the behaviour of a specific player (it will be deleted). You may direct specific complaints to Incarnate's email, or to a guide.
