I bought the TooNEV wireless gamepad (https://www.ebay.com/i/133270290351?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=133270290351&targetid=856845804380&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9015850&poi=&campaignid=6470719577&mkgroupid=81597521270&rlsatarget=pla-856845804380&abcId=1140476&merchantid=116321706&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7OnxBRCNARIsAIW53B9v6-04Ocwi5cJ7L0HVe4kqCCKl_m19TuIDfWqcg96qKhvyeGR7TSIaAlgIEALw_wcB) and I have absolutely no idea how it works.

I downloaded the app that the gamepad requires, and I know the Bluetooth connection is working, but when I launch the game, the gamepad buttons do random things. When I go to Options in the game and try to click on the Joystick option for controls, it shows up as "Empty".

I know I'm doing something wrong. How do I get this gamepad to work correctly in the game? I bought this controller specifically for the game because while I love it, I can't play using the phone's own UI. It sucks horribly, I'm sorry.

So am I kinda screwed? Like I said, I bought this gamepad SPECIFICALLY so I can finally play Vendetta Online the way I want to. But I don't think I can with this thing. Please help!

Try using the keyboard and calibration screen. I'm just thinking on a whim, but some controllers actually pretend to be keyboards? Also, controllers that need special apps are wonky. above that, its iOS, so... I dunno what is actually known to work. its SUPPOSED to work that any controller recognised by the system will work with VO, but app-driven controllers? on iOS? Who knows, mate.
