Has anyone tried this?

It seems when I get close enough for the mineral scanner to work all I see is "minerals" and nothing else as if the rest of the information just got chopped off by the unique gear vr interface which makes the mineral scanner virtually useless. see what I did there? lol

So I'm wondering if there's some interface setting I can change to fix this or if I have to wait for an update?

Sorry, you'll have to wait for an update. Unless some brave player can make a plugin to replace the HUD info.
