hi i am currently playing on the android platform on an invidia shield tv console. i am using the gaming controller that comes with. everything works great with the exception of the activate button. it works for warping only. whenever you need to scan an asteroid to mine or try to dock any ship that doesnt have the auto dock feature it trys to warp, giving me the message "you are already at your destination". i tried using a rii keyboard hooked up to the nvidia shield tv and basically get the same error. if anyone could help it would greatly be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hi, the activate button is not used while mining, you simply need to target the desired roid, and then "shoot" it with your mining beam.

As for ships that do not have auto-dock, all docking bays that you can dock with have auto-dock. If you cannot dock with auto-dock, usually you cannot dock there. An example of this is NPC capships. You can dock with some of them (in border skirmishes) but not all (convoy ships are usually full of cargo so they have no room for you to dock). Also you need an access key to dock with player owned capships. You can not dock with regular ships at all, to "ride" in them you need to be docked in a station already, and be invited.

You do have to be inside the docking bay for activate to dock you too, so usually by that point auto-dock has kicked in and you do not need to press activate anyway.
