Sometimes when I force close VO, I lose all my local data(saved macros, settings and such. the whole application resets as if I just reinstalled).

Settings are only written to file when you close the client properly. This is done as a safety measure in case you change a setting that requires you to force close or terminate the client process; you won't be stuck having to manually delete files to restore functionality of the client.

If you return to the login screen and click the Quit button and it still doesn't save properly (make sure you also test this with zero plugins installed), then there may be something else going on which needs to be addressed and I would recommend submitting a support ticket.

Again, remember to test all problems with the client without any plugins installed, since plugins modify the way the client behaves.

I think you mis-understand draugath. I've seen a few people complain about this recently. It's not that setting changes are not saving, you could have had your settings fine for months, but if VO force closes (not every time, just sometimes) all settings get reset to defaults.

This did happen to my phone once, but I didn't report it as I thought it could have been my phones fault. Also my settings are not that different to defaults (I just mute music, and have a few hail binds) so it was not a big problem for me. I'm using no plugins.

I guess now I see it is happening to others I'll fire off a ticket.
