I'm a somewhat new player, and I'm starting on 500GB NVIDIA Shield TV w/ NVIDIA Controller & cheap Microsoft keyboard + mouse. It runs on Android so I download Vendetta via the Google Play Store.

I've come to understand (from someone else's thread) that I can only use the mouse for menu navigation.

I'm at 5/5/5/6/6 now and I keep hearing about 'Targetless' and a few other plugins. I downloaded the plugins on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet's Micro SD Card and transferred it to my Shield via ES File Explorer. I unzipped 'em and stuck in the Plugins Folder. After following the console instructions, none of the commands work. And I see no changes from the Plugins.

(I saved, reset, logged out, logged in: no luck)

Anybody else having this issue? Am I doing something wrong?

I have not tried the Shield TV, but they should work, so I guess you are doing something wrong.

The first thing that springs to mind is that some archivers (ES file explorer is one) extract the plugins to a new folder, so for example, TargetLess will end up in a folder called /targetless(ver number)/targetless - you need to move the second targetless folder out of the "new folder" or it will not work.

Your folder structure should look like

/Android/com.guildsoftware.vendetta/files/plugins/targetless/main.lua - if you have anything else like /Android/com.guildsoftware.vendetta/files/plugins/targetless/targetless/main.lua it will not work.

Also you need to quit VO completely for the plugins to load, a log off is not enough. You have to quit the client completely for them to work.
