I know this may not be the right forum, but I want to hear from a Dev - Will there be PCC tools also for Android? I mean as a player and a developer myself I would be interested to take part in PCC and if the tools would be also for Android it would make greater interest from mobile players to take part in Contribution Corps. As of myself - would be glad to make good new content.

I'm not a dev, but I can field this one. The current PCC tools run in a web browser, so any device that can open a web page can in theory contribute to the PCC.
