Ok, I've just started playing and I'm finding one thing with the controls. Is it possible to make it steer like an aeroplane WITHOUT using the on-screen joystick? I'd much rather play with the accelerometer but with tilt to roll the ship rather than steer left and right.
The option is there to roll with the accelerometer but to go up and down you need the onscreen joystick (which seems awkward).

It might be possible to re-bind these controls using a plugin, but I've never looked into it.

Its in droidbuttons. However, for some reason it then reverses the x axis direction, so you need to reverse it in game options first, THEN set it up in dB.

Is there a place I can go to learn more about playing on a tablet? I have a Sony tablet and I love this game, but I cannot figure out how to roll or change my orientation. The arrows do fwd/back, strafe L/R; the 'joystick' space on the right seems to do much the same as the accelerometer, which is basically tilting up/down/left/right.

How do I barrel roll? Please explain in it simple terms, ie. if I have to make a change to some esoteric switch somewhere in the setting please point out where/how to do this.

Rolling is easiest to do when you're not using the accelerometer-mode of control (of the two modes that are offered on install). When in touchscreen mode, you can tilt the device left or right to roll in that direction.
