I noticed the nice notes feature when in the navigation sub menu but when I tried to figure out how to enter a note I read the help section and realized that a physical keyboard is needed. Is there any way to system notes using the touch screen interface on smartphones? Thanks

Hah, interesting.
It does actually work if you have a hardware keyboard, but only if you click a sector to plot a course there first, since there's no way to "mouse over" on a touchscreen.
