before these two updates, the game was running amazingly smooth at maxed out settings on my galaxy note 2. I installed both updates that came out on the play store but now I can no longer play vo. I can launch the vo app and click play and the logo video starts then takes forever to finish loading when the vendetta online logo is displayed. after several minutes I get to the screen where I can enter my password which I can do with no problem however when I get to the entering universe part the game hangs. my hardware buttons go inactive for several minutes and sometimes the loading bar appears under entering universe and takes forever to reach its end but even after the loading bar looks like it completely loaded the game continues to hang. after pressing my home and back buttons several times I can get back to my home screen. I can see the vo icon in my notification bar but when I try to load vo from the notification area I run into the sa me issue. I even tried uninstalling vo, restarting my phone then installing vo from the play store but I'm still in the same situation. to make matters worse, I did shell out $10 for one month but now I'm unable to take advantage of my subscription. not what I expected but what can you do. is there any way to download the android build for vo from before two updates ago? the build worked flawlessly. thanks in advance for looking into this issue.

It's always a good idea to include version numbers when you say something like "The latest update"

If the hardware buttons stop responding, there's probably some OS bug involved. See if you can get more info from /sdcard/VendettaOnline/errors.log, something like aLogcat, and put in a support ticket.

Vendetta 1.8.243 works fine on both my devices, so you're probably looking at some kind of device quirk here.

Also, if you haven't yet, reboot your phone.

well the problem seems to have went away, I just kept retrying to get connected and finally I was able to no problem. everything is working like it should. thanks

Might have been a network problem.
