I installed vendetta and created a trial account just the other day. I was able to play the offline tutorial without any problems. Last night I started the actual online game, created a character and began the tutorial mission. Everything was working fine. I received a call from work and needed to exit out of the game, but I wasn't sure how to do this properly so I aborted the mission first. This seem to leave me flying around space mission-less. I finally exited by hitting the back button and then logout and looked liked I logged out gracefully.

I tried to come back to the game later on, but the problem now is I can no longer start it. When I launch vendetta, I can get to the update screen, and it completes all the verifications properly, but when I press play, the screen just goes black for a second and then I'm back to my home screen. The same thing happens if I choose tutorial or demo instead.

I've tried clearing the data/cache and uninstalling/reinstalling the app but to no avail. I also tried reinstalling after moving the VendettaOnline folder on the internal sdcard out the way, and let the online content download fresh again, but I still have the same problem. Is there anyway I can completely wipe all trace of the game from my device and start fresh again?

I'm running android 4.0.4 on an acer iconia a510.

There's a bug with the game that we're working to fix right now.
Sorry for the inconvenience. It should be fixed within an hour or two and you'll be able to update and play again.

A patch 1.8.233.1 was released to fix the Android crash.
