Do you reckon it will be able to run VO?

VO was originally targetted at the Motorola Xoom which has a Tegra 2 Nvidia GPU. If your device has a Tegra 3, it should be more than adequate for VO.

Tried the sideload apk on a friends htc one x, runs fine.

I am using the One x and it works flawlesly ;) , apart from heating up a bit and battery drains pretty fast but thats expected.

It depends on which version of the HTC One X. One of them is a Snapdragon SoC, the other is a Tegra 3.

Either way it should run VO like a champ.

I have played VO on the wifes HTC 1 X and its cool but yes it overheats like its predecessor the Desire XE. While this is ok in the main I did have it crash during heavy skirmish.
