My 8 hours trial recently expired. I have been happily playing the game on both my MacBook Pro and my Samsung Galaxy SIII ("sideloaded"). For expediency, I purchases a month subscription from within the Android app. It did say it would take a long time but I've been waiting an hour and it still says "Processing Order...".

Should I be concerned?

Gave up and bought a month on the website. Looks like in game purchase not working on Android - perhaps because I side-loaded it...

Might be a good idea to put in a ticket for a quicker response.
