I tried it today, the main check box simply said"voice chat initialization failed." Tried it with and without bouetooth enabled. Does that new (heyzap?) Program need to be installed first?

No, HeyZap has nothing to do with the voice chat. Interesting, we'll check into the voice chat thing.

FYI, I tested voice chat tonight with Conflict Diamond (from my Xoom) and it worked great. Headphones kinda recommended though.
